Perhaps that's why JLaw avoided Rob when she ran into him at West Hollywood hotspot Chataeu Marmont on Thursday night -- she didn't want the painful reminder of Nick's potential new romance with Kristen!

Rob and Jen “saw one another and even walked past one another at one point,” but they didn’t talk, an eyewitness source tells E! News.
That could have been pretty awkward! We guess it it wasn’t the right time or place for them to confide in each other about their exes!

Meanwhile, Kristen and Nicholas have been spending tons of quality time together on and off the set of their new film Equals. Some of their recent adventures include a belly button piercing, an amazing ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, Ninja Warrior courses, and zip-lining!
“Kristen and Nicholas have really connected with each other on so many levels. They really get each other and their wacky sense of humor. They both basically bonded over pranks and pachinko — a really fun kind of arcade game in Japan,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
“He brings out her silly self and they just spend a lot of time laughing together and pulling pranks on the cast and crew members. They’ve become super tight and it’s been healing for both of them to have someone to really lean on,” our source added.
